STUDENT TIMETABLES 2010-2011

Student Timetables for 2010-2011 

Timetables for current Sardis Secondary students will be issued on June 16, 2010.  If you have a timetable concern, please follow the procedure outlined below:
 
ALL TIMETABLE INQUIRIES WILL BE ADDRESSED THROUGH EMAIL TO YOUR COUNSELLOR
So that we can serve you as efficiently as possible, please use the hotlink below and fill in the form letter.

YOUR COUNSELLOR WILL CONTACT YOU during the weeks of June 17th-30th.  We will be handling requests on a priority basis as follows:
  1. placing all students who have failed a required course
  2. incorrectly scheduled courses - e.g. MA 12 in Sem 1 and MA 11 in Sem 2
  3. missing graduation requirements
  4. serious academic concerns - e.g. found out CH 11 needed to get into Nursing
  5. balancing course load
  6. teacher preferences

The counselling department will be holding Post Secondary Application seminars in November - the 10th and 17th at 2:30 pm. If you need help with this process here's your chance to get it.

UVIC NEWS:  Current Grade 12 students will be able to self-report their final Grade 11 marks online from October 1 to November 30, 2009 to potentially receive a conditional offer of admission for September 2010.

DIVERSITY CLUB / GSA 

For the past 6 years Sardis Secondary has had a student led Diversity Club. This club has provided an opportunity for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Questioning, and Straight students to meet and to work together to actively educate against homophobia and other forms of prejudice, bullying and harassment within and outside of Sardis Secondary. If you are interested in being part of the Diversity Club this year, come to our meeting in Room C121 every Wednesday at lunch time.
